wendy batt

The prints I make are currently etching, carborundum and drypoint. I am using the Dorset coast to give me ongoing inspiration , looking at rock formations as well as clouds.

I am also working on new lino cuts of houses, enjoying the Victorian houses with their decorative details.

The collographs I have been experimenting with ,continue to be inspired by china and ceramics. Instead of single pieces, I have tried to make fun use of several pieces together.

They were originally inspired by my mothers collection of china, which I have painted in watercolour.
